From 440
• take exit 6 at NOLENSVILLE Pike heading NORTH
• turn right on GLENROSE (light at Circle K)
• travel on Glenrose and turn left on FOSTER avenue (at stop light)
• travel on Foster and turn RIGHT at the TPS COMPLEX sign
• travel to the Y in the road and veer LEFT
• the large brick building with the 4 white columns is the Southeast Center

From I-40E (traveling away from downtown) 
• take the exit 212 to FESSLERS LANE
• bear right onto off-ramp at exit 212 to Rundle Av
• bear left onto Rundle Av
• turn right onto Fesslers Ln
• turn left onto Murfreesboro Pike
• turn right onto Foster Av (light at Jack in the Box)
• travel on Foster and turn left at the TPS COMPLEX sign
• travel to the Y in the road and veer LEFT
• the large brick building with the 4 white columns is the Southeast Center
