Prepare for an exciting career in architecture. At Nashville State, you will receive a hands-on learning experience that will prepare you to work in many related fields. The program focuses on the creative use of computer software to produce architectural
design, construction and realistic presentation drawings. Real-world business situations
are used for learning by asking students to solve authentic problems based upon real
scenarios. In this environment students engage in a process that embodies the whole
range of experiences and skills needed to succeed in the work place. This program offers both day and evening class options so you can find courses that fit your schedule.

After completing your certificate, you will be prepared to work as a Design Technician or an Architectural Assistant. Or, you may choose to further your education. All courses in this certificate are designed to apply toward the Architectural Design A.A.S. Degree.

Join the ACESA Student Organization
ACESA is the club for students in the Architectural Design and Construction/Civil Engineering Technology programs. Its mission is to provide opportunities for educational advancement, career enhancement, public outreach and community service. The club sponsors guest lectures, field trips and social events throughout the school year.
