The 61st Commencement Ceremony

Nashville State Community College
Lipscomb University, Allen Arena

All guests must have a ticket to enter the arena.
All graduates will be issued 6 tickets each for guests during the cap and gown pick-up time.
* Graduates do not need a ticket. *
Children who occupy a seat will need a ticket.
Children young enough to sit in an adult's lap do not need a ticket.

Commencement Rehearsal

Arrival at 1:45 p.m. • Rehearsal is from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Commencement will be live streamed on Lipscomb.edu/live

Disclaimer: Technically, all students walking in Commencement are considered candidates to graduate until they have been officially awarded their degree (which will happen within two months of graduation).
Before Commencement, make sure you've completed the necessary steps to apply for graduation.

Transfer week happens on each of the Nashville State campuses during the fall and spring semesters.
Colleges and universities are invited to attend this event to talk to students/graduates
