Henry to Deliver 2023 Commencement Address

Celebrate Nashville State Community College’s Class of 2023 as Nashville Predators CEO, President, and Alternate Governor Sean Henry delivers its commencement address.

Nashville State is holding its 2023 Commencement on May 9, 6 p.m., at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena.

Henry joined the Predators in 2010 as president after serving several years as chief operating officer of the Tampa Bay Lightning. In late 2015, Henry earned the role of CEO.

Respected and liked due to his good nature, work ethic, energy, community involvement, organizational skills, and strategic thinking, Sean and his team have turned Bridgestone Arena, which the Predators organization manages, into one of the busiest and best-run venues in the world.

Henry’s college journey began at SUNY (State University of New York) Farmingdale, which at the time was a two-year state school, before eventually graduating from SUNY Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics.
