Nashville State Helping Hillsboro High Graduate With Her “Why?”

12.14.21

Sara Thaher, a graduate of Hillsboro High School, an International Baccalaureate World School, in the Marketing Pathway, is working toward her associate degree in Management at Nashville State.

She has been taking classes online and virtually to better suit her schedule. After earning her degree, Sara plans to transfer to Vanderbilt or Tennessee Tech where she will pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Attending college to Sara means she is working toward “living my dream of running my own business—a beauty-driven business to make others feel beautiful inside and out. I strive for excellence when it comes to my business career.”

While going to school, Sara has become a qualified shift manager at a local McDonald’s franchise. She is using that experience to make money and acquire leadership and business management skills.
